The petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case

registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 115 ( 2 ), 103 (1) , 352, 351 (3) , 351 ( 2 ) and 315 of BNS.

3 . As per prosecution case , informant namely, Tetri devi alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons took the husband of informant with them near NH – 19 and brutally assaulted him with lathi, danda as a result of which he died.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation . Petitioner has been made accused in this case due to village politics and he has no role in the alleged occurrence .

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer
