At the time of argument, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of confessional statement made by present applicant one pistol has been seized by the police which has sent for chemical examination to the FSL however, FSL report is not submitted yet, therefore, it is prayed by him that at present he may be permitted to withdraw this petition and liberty is granted to revive the same after submission of FSL report.
