2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties have stated that in pursuance to the settlement agreement, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure P2, the parties have compromised and even the decree for divorce has already been passed. It has further been stated that as per the terms of

compromise as stated in Para 9, the petitioners had to file quashing application arising out of Complaint Case No. 637 of 2023 ( present case).

3. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute the submissions made by the parties and has stated that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, all the conditions have been fulfilled and he does not have any objection to the disposal of the present application.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into account that the parties have compromised and therefore the order dated 20.01.2024 passed in Complaint Case No. 637 of 2023 arising out of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gaya is hereby allowed.

5. Accordingly, present application is stands allowed.
