Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.65 of 2025, dated 31.05.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351, 352, 109(1), 74, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per the FIR, the petitioner and others went to the house of the informant, abused her, and assaulted her with a lathi and bricks, causing a head injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no specific overt act attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is a neighbour of the informant and

there is general and omnibus allegation against him. It is further submitted, with reference to the injury report, that the nature of the injuries does not corroborate the allegations levelled in the FIR. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents, on which he is on bail.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Lakhisarai/Successor Court in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.65 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS as well as the following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioner(s) who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
