Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(2), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 352, 65 and 89 of the BNS and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act.

The case of the prosecution is that when the complainant forced for marriage, it is alleged that the petitioner along with others got angered and started abusing and ousted the complainant from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the only allegation against this petitioner is that he has

abused and ousted the complainant out of the house. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 29.05.2025.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nirmali P.S.
