in the meantime, all FIR named accused persons arrived and objected to them for creating a ruckus. It is further alleged that upon his reply, all accused persons armed with axes, iron rods and sharp weapons, attacked him and his family members, causing head injuries. It is next alleged that the accused persons also entered his house, verbally abused and molested Asha Devi and Pinky Devi and snatched gold jewellery from Asha Devi.

persons were injured in this case and out of them injury of two persons are simple in nature and the third one has grievous injury but the injury is not on the vital part of the body and also the fact that all the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. Under these circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
