The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection

with Motipur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 354, 354(b), 354(c), 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of establishing sexual relation with the victim on the false promise of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2024.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and

circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has established sexual relation with the victim on the false promise of marriage and, thereafter, the petitioner got married to someone else, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
