This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Civil Court, Munger vide order dated 07.11.2020 in A.B.P. No. 1133 of 2020, arising out of Laraiyatanr P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of
