5. The present application has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of the F.I.R., bearing Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 504, 506/ 34 of the I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

6. Issue a fresh notice to the Opposite Party No. 2 through registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process with present and correct address for which requisite etc. must be filed within two weeks.

7 . Put up this case on 01.09.2025 after appearance of the opposite party no. 2 or on receipt of service of notice, whichever is earlier, under appropriate heading.
