The present modification application has been filed for further extending the time for payment of remaining amount of Rs. 7,84,615.54/- by modifying the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3827 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 19.03.2024 the petitioner had deposited Rs. 3 lakhs and Rs. 1.5 lakhs in the Bank and rest amount of Rs.
