Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 4 of the instant modification petition filed on behalf of the petitioners, during the course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22184 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 22184 of 2025, address of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 was inadvertently typed as “Village – Sathauta, P.S.-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54321 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2

Bhagwanpur, District – Vaishali” and due to said reason, said mistake has occurred in cause title of order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22184 of 2025. Hence, he prays that address of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 be corrected to be read as “Resident of village – Bilanpur (Purainia) P.S. - Lalganj, District – Vaishali”.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

Learned A.P.P. does not controvert aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let in order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22184 of 2025 the address of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 be read as “Resident of village – Bilanpur (Purainia) P.S. - Lalganj, District – Vaishali” in place of “Village – Sathauta, P.S.- Bhagwanpur, District – Vaishali”.

Accordingly, order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22184 of 2025 stands modified to the extent, stated above.

With the aforesaid observation, present modification petition stands disposed of.
