Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the party position of the order dated 26.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39417 of 2024, the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as “Monoj Ray” in place of “Manoj Ray”, name of the village has also wrongly been mentioned as “Narayanpur” in place of “Kharaua” and name of P.S. has also wrongly been mentioned

In view of the above, let the father’s name of the petitioner be read as Manoj Ray, village name be read as Kharaua and P.S. be read as Rahika in place of Monoj Raj, Narayanpur and Khajauli, repectively.

Accordingly, the order dated 26.10.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and further two weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below.
