4 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190 and 109 of BNS.

As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., all the accused persons, total 10-15 in numbers, including the petitioners armed with lethal weapons with an intention to kill the informant assaulted the informant’s side causing injury. The

cause of incidence is that while both the parties were watching dance programme, they turned violent and entered into fierce fight, during which both the sides sustained injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case due to previous enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus.

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners to be general and omnibus, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Court where the case is pending in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C / 482(2) BNSS.
