The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner has pulled the dupatta of the informant and thereupon there has been scuffle between family members. There is allegation that other persons have assaulted the family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case which has been filed prior to this case with same kind of allegations.
