3 . As per the prosecution case , on 07.12.19 at about
12:00 O’Clock in the day , informant Mukesh Kumar, S.I., Wazirganj PS got information that accused persons named in the F.I.R., along with 50 to 60 unknown accused persons including the petitioner were forcibly trying to occupy the land of Arun Kumar and when police arrived on the spot they attacked the police party as a result of which police personnel sustained injuries.
