Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 351(3), 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and informant alleges that her neighbour Pramod was uprooting the electric wire of Anganwari Kendra, on objection, the

accused persons came along with unknown accused and assaulted her, further Anshu assaulted her husband Sanjay by farsha causing injury on head, thereafter repeated the blow causing injury near the eye, next Pramod assaulted her son Prince by sword causing injury on head and thereafter repeated the blow causing injury on right hand, thereafter Lalsa Devi assaulted Prince by rod causing injury on hand, thereafter Pramod assaulted Prince again by sword causing injury on ear and neck, further Nandita assaulted the informant by sword causing injury on hand while Sonam sprinkled chilly powder in the eyes and took away golden mangalsutra.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being female members of the family with a view to coerce the male members into submission. It is next submitted that it were the side of the informant who was the aggressor and assaulted Pramod brutally, as would manifest from Page-27 and 28 of anticipatory bail application, wherein photographs of Pramod has been annexed. It is further submitted that the instant FIR is a counter blast to Barauli P.S. Case No.22/2025.

appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.23/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
