The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 420, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint petition has been filed against six

accused persons including petitioner stating therein this petitioner under a conspiracy cheated the complainant and took Rs. 2,60,000/- in lieu of providing job to son of complainant in Railway Group ‘D’ Service and sent forged appointment letter and permanent posting letter.

In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of complainant wherein it is stated that petitioner has made a false statement in paragraph – 3 of the petition that petitioner has got clean antecedent, whereas petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature, vide Complaint Case No. 657 of 2017, Complaint Case No. 658 of 2017 and Complaint Case No. 05 of 2018 respectively.

Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
