Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.

present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased. There was no any demand of dowry made by the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and except suspicion there is no material on record showing complicity of the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39397 of 2024.
