Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Dinesh Singh learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1117 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that by mistake, Fathua P.S. Case No.59 of 2020 was mentioned in place of Nadi P.S. Case No.59 of 2020, in the said petition as a result of which, the same was reflected in the order dated 15.02.2025 and same may be modified accordingly. He further seeks extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.
