the petitioners submits that the instant matter relates to matrimonial issue between the son of the petitioner No. 1 and the O.P. No. 2 and they have settled their matrimonial disputes and their matrimonial relation has been dissolved by passing a divorce decree on mutual consent under the provisions of section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act and they have also agreed to dispose of other cases which are running in between both them, so, in view of this development, now the petitioners want to withdraw this petition.
