The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 821 of 2024 (arising out of Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024) in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Reena Kumari. According to the FIR, marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner in 2023. The accused persons badly assaulted her and committed her murder on 09.06.2024 for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased, according to the postmortem report. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is under incarceration since 11.06.2024.
