Special P.P. for the Vigilance Mr. Arvind Kumar and the learned APP Mr. Ajay Mishra.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.11/2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with an allegation that he secured appointment as Teacher based on forged and fabricated certificate. It is next submitted that

petitioner was not issued any show-cause prior to instituting the instant FIR. It is also submitted that had an opportunity being given to the petitioner to explain his side of the case, perhaps the instant F.I.R. would not have been instituted. It is next submitted that services of the petitioner stands terminated. It is further submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence.

Learned Special P. P. for the Vigilance opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
