Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well

as learned APP for the State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected along with the analogous bail applications of coaccused Umesh Mandal @ Mahesh Mandal and Satyendra Mandal @ Satyendra Kumar Bharti, and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. He has further submitted that coaccused Ram Kumar Yadav, having graver allegations, has also been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62811 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
