Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Neura P.S.Case No.94 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B), r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

I have perused the allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the case diary. Only minuscule evidence has been collected in course of the investigation against the petitioner, who is a lady.

It appears that the specific allegation is against coaccused, Jakky Kumar, who with a view to recover a sum of Rs.50,000/-, had allegedly fired and committed murder of the son of the informant, late Amlesh Kumar @ Rakesh Kumar.

I find that the petitioner has made out prima facie a case to be released on pre-arrest bail.

The petitioner (Fulo Kumari) is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned district court within a period of four weeks
