The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1540C/2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

that prior to the present case, the informant had filed a case, in which the petitioner was granted bail by the court below. It is further submitted that for the similar type of allegation, this case has been filed for the second time.

None appeared on behalf of o.p.no.2, whereas vakalatnama has been filed. On previous date i.e. on
