antecedent and he surrendered himself before the police. It is submitted that admittedly as per FIR, some scuffing took place during the occurrence, where without having any intention alleged fire was made accidentally by petition causing injury on stomach of the informant. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
