It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner that due to certain transactions related disputes between the informant and his son, who is Chartered Accountant (CA) of the firm of the informant, the petitioner implicated falsely. It is submitted that even upon facial perusal of FIR, nothing incriminating appears against this petitioner, as he only introduced his son with the informant being a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). It is pointed out that the FIR itself suggest that implication is only for the reason that the petitioner is the father of the accused,

namely Rupesh Pathak. It is also pointed out that the factual scenario of present case is not required any mediation between the

Considering the aforesaid, the provisional bail
