Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the grand daughter of the informant.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner by drawing my attention has submitted that it has been mentioned in the impugned order that the victim has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and the couple have been blessed with a child aged about five years. The petitioner is

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
