Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gurua P.S. Case No.82 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code but charge-sheet has been submitted under section 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . Unknown persons had committed loot of Rs.1,60,000/- and a mobile phone from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2024.

4 . Except for the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner to connection with the crime.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.
