Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered

for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner got employment on the post of special survey Amin on the basis of fake certificates.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that due to mistake of the University, petitioner cannot be allowed to suffer because the petitioner is genuine student having valid certificates. Petitioner has been discharged from the service. Several co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide paragraph 14 of the

bail petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka Police Station Case No. 401 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
