be the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner has neither demanded any dowry from the deceased nor tortured the deceased. The petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher in the Primary School, English Lagar within the Gram Panchayat, Lager, District-Khagaria, since 22.02.2014. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the marriage took place between the petitioner and the deceased in the year 2017 and since very date, no any complaint was made against the petitioner for any demand of dowry. It is further submitted that the deceased had died naturally. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 02.07.2024.
