1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 506, 467, 468, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application seeking regular bail has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 10-1-2025 in Cr Misc No. 50312 of 2024. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 15-1-2025 (Annexure-11)

for the informant opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rupashpur P.S. Case No. 716 of 2023.

6. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Sri Rambrat Singh.

7. It is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons.
