petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation in the complaint is false, baseless and concocted in nature. It has also been submitted that from perusal of paragraph-6 of the complaint petition itself appears that the payments have been delayed by the petitioner. This statement itself clears the doubt that the petitioner has paid the company, allegedly late.
