Patna High Court (Sandeep Kumar, J.), by order dated 02-05-2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.14710 of 2025, allowed the third bail application of Munna Rajwar @ Munna Rajbhar @ Munna Rajwar in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.395 of 2022, District Bhojpur, registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. His two earlier bail prayers had been rejected by the same Court on 22.05.2023 (Criminal Miscellaneous No.61208 of 2022) and 01.03.2024 (Criminal Miscellaneous No.3836 of 2024). As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and one Dinesh Rajwansi were arrested and an amount of Rs.3,30,000 was recovered from the possession of Dinesh Rajwanshi; the petitioner has been in custody since 19.07.2022. Considering the period of custody, the Court directed release on bail on a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, both of whom must be blood relatives of the petitioner, subject to the petitioner marking attendance at Karakat Police Station, District- Rohtas, on every Sunday of each month; any default in such appearance would result in cancellation of the bail bonds.

2 02-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned APP for the State.

2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.395 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2023 and 01.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 61208 of 2022 and 3836 of 2024 respectively.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and one Dinesh Rajwansi were arrested and an amount of Rs.3,30,000/was recovered from the possession of said Dinesh Rajwanshi.
