that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has sprung up during the course of investigation on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioiner has been remanded in the present case from Dumra P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. It is further submitted that the amount of Rs. 1,26,000/- recovered from the house of the petitioner which belongs to the father of the petitioner which was withdrawn by his father on 19.05.2023 and Rs. 49,900/- was withdrawn on 05.06.2023. It is further submitted that the father of the petitioner sold 07 decimals of land to one Kiran Devi for a consideration money of Rs. 2,85,000/- on 22.02.2022 and the said money was deposited in the bank. It is further submitted that the co-accused person, Indal Mahto, has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7407 of 2025. The petitioner has nine (09) criminal antecedents and in eight cases, he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2024.

(I) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
