The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per F.I.R., these two petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons assaulted the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Both parties are Gotiyas . Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
