The petitioner seeks bail in connection with

Madhepur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 34 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 13.07.2016.

This is the third attempt for bail as on earlier

two occasion the prayer of bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 47405 of 2017 dated

During course of argument as advanced by

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it transpires that the petitioner was absconder before his arrest. It also transpires that out of 19 criminal cases 5 cases are pending against petitioner, whereas in remaining 14 cases petitioner was acquitted by learned trial court. A report regarding stage of trial was called from learned trial court which made available through letter no. 100 of 2025 by learned District and Addl. Sessions Judge I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, where it appears that out of 16 prosecution witnesses only four witnesses are remains to be examine.

At this stage, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in meantime two witnesses were also examined and thus only two witnesses are left

to be examined.

Considering aforesaid as the trial of this case is at its fag end for the reason out of 14 prosecution witnesses 12 prosecution witnesses already examined,

accordingly the prayer of bail of petitioner stands
