2 21-02-2025 1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 27.11.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 78798 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed for modification of the address of the petitioner inasmuch as due to typing mistake in the bail application, the address of the petitioner has wrongly

been typed as Village Laxmipur, P. S. Sitamarhi instead of Village Hardiya, P.S. Rajauli. He next submits that in the modification application Aadhar Card has been annexed showing the village name of the petitioner as Village Hardiya, P.S. Rajuali. Accordingly, he further submits that time granted by this Court to surrender and furnish bail bond before the Court below be extended by further two weeks’.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the address in the bail application be corrected and read as Village Hardiya, P.S. Rajuali and the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 27.11.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78798 of 2024, be extended by further four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Patna City, Nawada.
