Case No. 265 of 2014, subject to five conditions: (i) one bailor to be a family member/relative providing official document showing bona fide; (ii) appearance on each and every date before the Trial Court, failure on two consecutive dates without plausible reason entailing cancellation of bail bond by the Trial Court itself; (iii) appearance before the concerned police station every fortnight till conclusion of trial to mark attendance; (iv) no inducement, promise or threat to witnesses or tampering with evidences, failing which the State may seek cancellation of bail bonds; (v) desistance from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State may seek cancellation of bail bonds.
