11 02-12-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the

offences alleged under Sections 307, 323, 341, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 09 of 2024.

The marital discord between the couple has given rise to the present litigation.

Both the parties are present in Chambers with their respective counsels, casting allegations and counter allegation and reflecting belligerence towards each other.

It seems from the rebellious stand and trust deficit between the couple, it stands no chance of restoration of harmonious relation between the feuding couple.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of maintenance of Rs. 8,000/proposed by the Court, to be paid to the o.p.no.2, is too much, so it should be reduced.

Taking into consideration the entire aspect of the matter, especially the fact that there appears to be no possibility of normalization of harmonious relation between the warring couple, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Gaya in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S.Case No. 09 of 2024, subject to the followings conditions:-

(i). The petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 8000/- (Rupees eight thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the

opposite party no.2.

(ii). At the time of furnishing bail

bond, the arrears amount of conveyance charge in visiting the mediation centre or attending the court proceedings, shall be paid to the o.p.no.2, if not paid earlier.
