It is further alleged that the informant was assaulted with a country-made pistol, resulting in head injuries, and the miscreants fled away from there after snatching the money from his possession.
petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither the petitioner is named in F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I.P. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. The name of petitioner sprang up in this case on confessional statement of co-accused Hridaya Nut who has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, however no document has been filed in this regard. Charge-sheet has been submitted after completion of investigation. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.12.2024.

enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, after framing of charge, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 680 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, with following condition:-
(i) One of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every fixed date and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bonds may be cancelled by the learned trial Court.
