All these three appeals are analogously placed before us for orders.

It is found from the reports placed in the records of

the respective appeals that in Criminal Appeal No. 250 of 1994,

the appellants Mobarak Hussain and Murshid Alam have expired. Therefore on their expiry, the appeal abates as against Mobarak Hussain and Murshid Alam.

Criminal Appeal No. 250 of 1994 shall continue as against Husnain.

The police authority has also submitted a report in Criminal Appeal No. 261 of 1994 that the sole appellant, Md. Moinuddin @ Mianuddin Mian also died. Therefore, Criminal Appeal No. 261 of 1994 also abates.

The appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 327 of 1994, namely, Abbas Mian is alive.

Thus, Criminal Appeal of 250 of 1994 shall continue as against Husnain and Criminal Appeal 327 of 1994 shall continue as against Abbas Mian.
