record in the CWJC. Arising out of this issue, appellants have filed the present LPA.

We are of the opinion that if certain materials already exist on the record, if the same is not placed in the file while deciding writ petition, in that event, aggrieved person has a remedy of filing civil review. The appellants have not exhausted the remedy of civil review, therefore, the present LPA is not maintainable and the same is hereby disposed of reserving liberty to the appellants to invoke remedy of civil review.
