2. Learned counsel for the respondents on instruction submitted that the present LPA is similar to that of Co-ordinate Bench decision cited (supra). Accordingly, the present LPA No. 277 of 2022 stands allowed. Order of learned Single dated 22.03.2022 stands set aside. Whatever the consequential benefits extended to Suresh Ram , the same shall enure to the benefits of present appellants.

3. In this regard, the concerned authority is hereby directed to take note of and comply within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
