No doubt, in the title of the document it is stated that

policy is relating to the landless persons. However, from the body of the policy it is crystal clear that the policy is earmarked for SC/ST and OBC-Category-I. Therefore, the aforementioned policy is not applicable to the petitioner who falls under B.C.-II category.

In the result, the petitioner has not made out a case so as to review the earlier order dated 20.01.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 1558 of 2018 . Accordingly, the present C. Rev. No. 82 of 2021 stands dismissed.
