It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 09.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.6244 of 2021 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Gaya Town, Gaya has already passed the final order dated 12.09.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No.06 of 2024-25, holding that the encroachment has been made by the encroachers qua the land in question and thereafter, notice for removal of the same has also

been issued under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitoner to approach the Circle Officer, Gaya Town, Gaya for execution of the aforesaid order dated 12.09.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
