The present M.J.C-Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 06.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19565 of 2021.

2. Petitioner was directed to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 06.01.2022. Petitioner has submitted representation on 17.01.2022, whereas the respondents were directed to consider and pass reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing representation. Such a period elapses on 16.05.2022, whereas the order has been passed on 06.03.2024 after lapse of more than one year. Therefore, they have committed contempt of Court.

3 . Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that they have complied the order of this Court dated 06.01.2022 on 06.03.2024 it suffice to impose cost of Rs. 5000/- on the Respondent. Cost shall be paid to the petitioner.
