The present MJC is filed for compliance of the

order dated 25.02.2023, passed in CWJC No. 2735 of 2023.

Prima-facie, the present MJC contempt is not

maintainable in view of the fact that the petitioner had withdrawn CWJC No. 2735 of 2023. Co-ordinate Bench has made only an observation to the extent “liberty to the

petitioner to pursue his grievance, as raised in the aforesaid representation before the appropriate forum.” Further it is ordered “it will be open to the authority concerned to look into the petitioner’s grievance.” There is no positive direction as such.

Be that as it may. Perusal of the show cause along with the Annexure R-1, the concerned authority has demanded certain information from the petitioner and the same has not been provided. In the event of providing such information by the petitioner, the concerned authority would consider the grievance of the petitioner at the earliest.

With the above observation, petition stands disposed of.
