The matter has been placed under the heading For Orders (On Office Notes). However, learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned Advocate for the respondents contended before this Court that all the admissible retiral and other dues have been paid to the petitioner.

At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that now the grievance of the petitioner is confined to the interest over the delayed payment; though such relief has not been prayed in the writ petition but the petitioner is entitled in view of various judgments rendered by the Apex Court.

Considering the submissions advanced before this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a proper representation before the respondent no. 2, preferably within a period of four weeks.

If such a representation is filed along with the supported documents and the judgments whereupon the petitioner is placing reliance, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and dispose of by passing a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of eight weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
