“1(i) For issuance of an order, direction or appropriate writ for direct the respondent to formulate new order for regularization/absorption of Petitioners against the office order No. 526(4) dated 01.04.2019 issued by the Directorate, Health Services, Bihar with respect to the paramedical employees working under the Health Services, Government of Bihar on the contractual basis against the sanction post whereby and where under their term of period of contract has been extended till the regular appointment or till the superannuation age i.e. 60 years, after considering the fact that they were appointed against the sanction/ regular appointment post, they have been working from last 13 years, even though appoint of the is irregular but work is permanent in nature and they had fulfilled all the criteria at the time of selection and the selection process was completed under the advertisement with respect to Para Medical Rule-2005 and the appointment was made by competent authority i.e Health Department, Government of Bihar.
